“Waste” and “valuable” are both relative concepts. Therefore, all thought on the issue is subjective. I have choosen to leave the concept of waste aside and to focus on values. Values might be reckoned as obvious and elementary, but they are often forgotten and distortioned in our society.

My thoughts are based on my own personal present life values, which include time, health, emotions, personal fulfillment and freedom.

Time as something of a limited availability and not always easy to enjoy in today’s society. Health as a vital primary need. Emotions as what really moves and connects us. Personal fulfillment as the goal of achieving our own dreams. Last but not least, freedom as tolerance and mind opening or, in other words, understanding both the individual and the collective needs.
